KAJO LC 002 + 3% moS2 is a high quality, high temperature, multipurpose, roller bearing, long-life, water resistant, extreme pressure grease. A NLGI 2 lithium complex grease with 3% added solids, containing high quality mineral oils along with corrosion & oxidation inhibitors for extraordinary resistance.
The addition of MoS2 solid lubricants to LC 002 increases the greases effectiveness in specific high stress or load applications, making it perfect for the mining & construction industries.
Specifically designed for roller & friction bearings at increased bearing temperatures but also ideal for general purpose applications.
- Suitable for both moderate and high temperature applications (-30°C to +160°C, dropping point 270°C).
- Excellent resistance to water & oxidation, protecting against rust and corrosion.
- Effective seal against contamination (dirt, dust etc.).
- High mechanical stability - strong adhesiveness, long-life for lubrication on high speed wheel bearings and highly loaded roller & friction bearings to protect against wear.
- Consistency: NLGI 2 - Black in colour.
TOP TIP - When changing cartridges, press white cartridge plunger until grease is pushed out the top to eliminate air pockets.
KAJO 500g cartridges contain 10% more grease, reducing the number of changes and saving time.

How Kajo grease works?
Follow this video guide to adapt your battery grease gun for use with the KAJO 500g screw thread grease cartridges. OxRock have adapters for Milwaukee, Macnaught, Metabo, AEG, DeWalt and Makita guns.
Step by Step
1. You will need: a battery grease gun, a compatible adapter and a 24mm socket.
2. Simply remove the metal cartridge and ensure the black seal on the inside of the gun is clean (You can use a degreaser or brake cleaner to remove any old grease residue & dirt).
3. Insert the required adapter made specifically for your gun model using a 24mm socket.
4. Torque to 25Nm, try not to over tighten, the adapter is now a permanent fixture within the gun unless you decide to remove it.
5. Take the KAJO 500g screw thread grease cartridge of your choice and before removing the cap, push the plunger at the bottom to release any trapped air.
6. Now remove the cap and push the plunger again until roughly 5-10ml of grease exits the tube.
7. Insert cartridge into the adapted gun and screw until you feel resistance (Don't over tighten).
8. Push the plunger again to allow grease to enter the grease chamber manually.
9. Continue to push the plunger while simultaneously pressing the bleeder button on your gun to release any air that's inside the chamber.
10. Repeat the last step until a steady flow of grease exits the chamber.
11. Happy greasing!
